In partnership with Utah State University’s Interior Design Program, I directed and organised The Royal American Design Program. This design program was held in London and Paris for four weeks during the summer of 2006. Responsibilities included developing course curriculum, recruitment, scheduling site visits and accommodation, tutoring 25 students and organising the travel of a large herd of students who had never been to Europe before. This was the first year the study abroad program was held and it was a major success.
A blog was set up for students to catalog their work and experiences throughout the trip, and students were able to gain enough university credits to cover an entire semester.
